It’s National Peanut Butter Lovers’ Month

It’s been a school and work lunch box staple for generations. It’s that smooth, creamy or crunchy stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth peanut butter of peanut butter and jelly fame and this month, November, is National Peanut Butter Lovers’ Month. While researching the topic I was surprised to learn that on an annual basis adults actually consume more peanut butter than kids. What else did I learn?
