It’s National Hamburger Day

While a case can be made for the hot dog it is my belief that the juicy all beef hamburger is the quintessential American food. Today, July 28, is National Hamburger Day the day we salute this beloved meat pattie either plain with just ketchup or cheese or accompanied by your favorite condiments.
