Now that we're well into the "Frog Days Of Summer", you'll probably see signs up all over your neighborhood each weekend for garage sales. Some communities bundle their sales and offer a town-wide garage sale event. And, you can get some good bargains, as the old saying goes: "One man's junk is another man's treasure".
