Car Karaoke. It's a growing trend and police are concerned.

Drivers are mounting cameras in their car and singing along to their favorite song like James Corden, Late Late Show host. The problem is drivers are becoming more distracted, not focusing on the road.

Officer Juan Galvan told Inside Edition, “There is nothing illegal about singing in your car. Where it becomes illegal is when you become distracted. You are taking your eyes off the road because you are too into the music.”

In one video, a mom records her kids singing in the backseat and gets into an accident. Luckily no one was hurt but the kids learned some new words.

Does singing along to your favorite song when you're alone in the car count as distracted driving? If the phone is mounted and you have both hands on the wheel, what's to distract you>? People have been singing in their cars since the radio was invented. Car Karaoke isn't putting drivers at risk, technology is.

What song makes you crank up the radio and sing along?
