According to most media outlets all over the country, today is suppose to be the most depressing day of the year. Is Blue Monday true?

According to BuzzFeed, this theory has been countless times since 2005.

It has no real basis in science and lots of studies have found that happiness fluctuates throughout the year, with admissions for depression peaking in Autumn in one study and not at all, in another."

So it appears that it may not actually be the most depressing day of the year. I'd argue that "Tax Day" was.
