If Your Feeding You Dog This Canned Food, Stop

Canned dog food sold at many locations including Pet Supplies Plus in New Hartford is recalled due to excess Vitamin D levels. 

Fromm Family Pet Food has recalled cans of New Gold canned dog food pates because it may contain elevated levels of Vitamin D. A sign of excess Vitamin D is a reduction in appetite. There have been no reports of health problems, but the following 12 oz. cans of dog food should NOT be fed to your dog.

These cans were shipped to distributors from December 2015 through February 2016. If you have any of the above cans, please return them to the place of purchase or to Fromm Family Foods.
