Poutine. It's a Canadian staple. Never heard of it? It's French fries, cheese curd and brown gravy, basically a heart attack in a bowl. But it's oh so good. Want to make your own? Follow these easy steps.

Step One: Cook the French fries. Layer in a pan. I use a pie plate.

Step Two: Crumble cheese curd over the fries. You can cheat and use mozzarella cheese, but it won't be as good.

Step Three: Pour brown gravy over the fries and cheese.

Step Four: Heat in the oven until the cheese melts

Step Five: Put  your doctor on speed dial while the cheese melts, in case your heart stops while eating.

Step Six: Enjoy!
