Home Brew In The Works
If you know me (and you do by now), you hear me talking about beer on occasion. And, I often share beer news from our friends at the F.X Matt Brewing Company in Utica. Well today, I’ll share with you some “home brew” news. Our Big Frog 104 Production Director and my friend, Geoff is quite the brewmaster.
He recently asked me what kind of beer he should brew for spring. My answer…Irish Red Ale, of course (my last name is McShea, after alll). So, now the brew is being fermented, and later aged in Geoff’s brew cellar (most likely his garage). I must say that I have sampled other home brews that Geoff has created, and he definitely knows what he’s doing. The batch should be ready in another three or four weeks.
