Highway To Be Named For Fallen Sheriff’s Deputy
A bill is currently in the New York State Legislature that would rename a section of highway in honor of the late Sheriff’s Deputy Kurt Wyman.

Here are the details from our sister station, WIBX:
“A portion of highway between Clinton and Deansboro will be named after fallen Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputy Kurt Wyman.
Senator Joseph Griffo under a bill passed by the state Senate, says Route 12-B from College Street to Route 315 will be known as the Deputy Kurt Wyman Memorial Highway.
The bill is now before the Assembly.”
Wyman was killed a year ago today during a domestic dispute in the Town of Augusta.”
