Herkimer Police Say “Be On the Lookout For Phony Money”

It looks like there is some funny money circulating in the valley. According to WKTV the Herkimer Police Department is advising individuals and businesses to be on the lookout for counterfeit bills, a number of which have been spotted recently. The bills are apparently not of the best quality.

According to police, the counterfeits turned in are of poor quality and easily identified as fake.
