Here’s Why National Grid Cut Power For 10 Minutes This Week
Some National Grid customers may have experienced a power outage Thursday night.
The outage was planned by National Grid, who announced Thursday evening that they would be cutting power to certain areas for about 10 minutes.
According to LocalSyr.com this was an effort to resolve problems that caused 13,000 customers to be without power in Oneida, Madison and Onondaga Counties.
National Grid didn't say in advance when or exactly where the outages would happen.
