You may want to get the snow shovel, ice scraper and gloves ready. Snow is on the way to Central and Upstate New York.

Enjoy temperatures in the 60s for the rest of the week because it's all about to change. The National Weather Service can't say where or how much snow will fall, but they are predicting several inches for the Monday morning commute.

With temperatures falling into the 30s on Sunday, the rain could change over to snow Sunday night into Monday morning.

Get the winter clothing and equipment ready just in case. It's always better to be prepared and not need it than the other way around.

It's been awhile since you've driven in winter weather but remember if it does snow, the roads will be slick Monday morning. Give yourself extra time to get where you're going. Leave plenty of space between you and the car in front of you. Don't slam on your brakes or make last minute turns and for the love of God, please clean off the snow from your vehicle.
