15 inches of rain, in less than a week, in 15 counties of Colorado have forced the evacuation of almost 15,000 people. 6 people are believed to have died in the flood, 4 confirmed.  The rushing water and mud slides have destroyed 1,500 homes and damaged 17,000 more.
