13 year-old Jordan wants to be a police officer with the Oneida Police Department and catch a bad guy. Today Make a Wish makes it happen and you can help.

UPDATE- Officer Jordan Barahmeh Saves The City Of Oneida

The entire Rotary Club, the Oneida Mayor and the Make A Wish CEO will be taken hostage inside the Kallet Theater this afternoon. Jordan will come to the rescue, battle the evil villain and you can cheer him on.

"This is humanity at its best. It gives us a sense of joy, strength and hope. It doesn't get better than that. So please join us," encourages Oneida Mayor Leo Matzke.

Volunteer Time: 12:15-12:45

Volunteers: Cheerleaders and supporters to line both sides of the street between City Hall and the Kallet Theater. Signs are encouraged that say:
- Jordan saves the day
- Our hero, Jordan
- Jordan to the rescue

Community Celebration: 3:30-5:30

Where: Wagon Wheel Restaurant on Main Street in Oneida

Friends, family and the community are invited for an end of the day wish celebration with the guest of honor, Jordan.

Officer Jordan was surprised at the New York State Fair yesterday by Make a Wish of CNY and Oneida Police. He reports for duty at 9am.
