It can be one of the most frustrating experiences known to man. You need to make a cell phone call and when you press in the number you want a message pops up saying “No Service”. Sometimes this can be very understandable, you’re out in the middle of nowhere, but sometimes it seems to make no sense at all. Time magazine reports that the worst city for cellphone reception is Bakersfield, California with several others close behind.
