It may have been a chilly day for America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk, but that didn't stop thousands of people from being a part of the event.

What an amazing weekend for heart health it has been in Central New York. It started with the "Healthy for Good" Expo at Utica College on Friday, and then of course the big event, America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk on Saturday Morning.

Sure, Mother Nature didn't feel like cooperating, with bitterly cold temperatures and some pretty steady snow showers in the morning. But at least the snow moved out of the area, and the sun came out to try and warm everyone up (although, the wind made that a little difficult). Even with the chilly weather, it wasn't going to stop Central New Yorkers from coming together for a great cause.

Were you a part of America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk this year? If you ran, walked by yourself, with a group of friends, or with a team, we may have gotten your picture. Check out the photo gallery and see if you can spot yourself:

If you didn't make it out for this year's events it's still great to see all the pictures of the runners, walkers, and teams. It's SO amazing to see just how many people have dedicated their time and energy, all in an effort to raise awareness and money for heart health.
