Have You Used an Adult Coloring Book Yet? [VIDEO]

Coloring is not an activity exclusively for children anymore. More and more grown-ups are reliving their childhoods with adult coloring books. No, not the "Adult" you're thinking of. It is a book of intricate and slightly challenging designs that you simply color. From the moment you pick up that first colored pen or pencil you will not be able to put it down.

There are several different coloring books with varying themes. The one I used was from the book titled "Inspirations," which included images with motivational quotes. You can also choose from books that include botanicals, birds, and animals to name a few. If you are looking for a new hobby that is fun, relaxing, and therapeutic then go pick up an adult coloring book and a set of nice colored pencils and get to work. You can get them anywhere books are sold, including Barnes & Noble.
