Have You Ever Seen This Bug? [GALLERY]

We have a major bug infestation at the station.  It started with a collection of them on the outdoor air conditioning units.  Then one or two in the office.  Now they're everywhere and forming in groups like bees in a hive. Have you seen these around your home or workplace?  Check out some photos and see if you can identify them.

The first time I saw them without glasses I thought they were lady bugs, oooh my lucky day.  Then I thought lightning bugs, but there's no lights.  What are they?
