Happy Birthday To ‘The Cos’

Bill Cosby, celebrating his 74th birthday today, has been a national treasure for nearly 50 years. I first recall seeing him on “The Tonight Show” back in the early 60′s. His stand-up was fresh, original and hilarious. Later in the decade he co-starred with Robert Culp in the hit secret agent TV show “I Spy”. Then in 1984 he began an 18-year run on NBC starring in “The Cosby Show”, one of the most successful comedy series in television history.
Everyone probably has their favorite “Cosby moment” but one of mine happens to be his classic “Noah” routine which forty-five years after he first performed it is still rib-tickling funny. Enjoy!
