Halloween Treats You Can Make

It's Halloween, and I hope to see you and your little trick or treaters later today from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Sangertown Square in New Hartford, for our Big Frog 104 "Trick or Treat Street". I remember when I was a kid, some of the treats were homemade, like caramel popcorn balls. Want to make a batch? It's easy.
