Why are people leaving upstate New York? Governor Cuomo is blaming the weather.

The Governor took questions after a speech near Lake George Tuesday, September 25th. When asked about the declining population in upstate New York, Cuomo said the weather was a factor, according to WGRZ.

Cuomo's opposition had a different opinion.

Republican gubernatorial candidate Marc Molinaro, says it's the state's high taxes that makes people leave. He also added he thinks the weather is fine.
