Go Red Today

Ladies, there is no need to stand in front of your closet wondering what to put on today.  It’s National Wear Red Day.

The American Heart Association is asking everyone to dress in red to draw attention to heart disease in women.  Heart disease is the number one casue of death for American women and the association says too many women are unaware of their risks.

One in 4 women will die from heart disease, compared to 1 in 3o women who die from breast cancer.  More women die of heart disease than all types of cancer combined.  So grab that red sweater or little red dress and strut your stuff today ladies, for the American Heart Association.

Guys, you can support the cause too.  I’m sure you can find a red t-shirt somewhere.
