Glen Campbell On The Double

One of the most successful musical collaborations in country music was the singing and guitar playing of Glen Campell, combined with the songwriting talents of Jimmy Webb. Today on our "Country Classic Double" at 11:30 a.m., we're featuring Glen Campbell's number one hit this week in 1969, "Wichita Lineman".

As you may recall, Glen Campbell announced that he has Alzheimer's Disease earlier this year, but in spite of his condition he continues to perform on his farewell tour. Here's Glen singing "Wichita Lineman" on his 1960s TV show, "The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour".
