Amanda Pawlikowski, the girlfriend of Kane Buss who was killed by an alleged drunk driver in January, wants justice after Leonard Glowacki pled not guilty. She's encouraging everyone to write a letter to the judge in the case. "He needs to know what this man took away from the Oneida/VVS community. They need to know the phenomenal life that was taken away from all of us. Letters should be sent to the address below, thank you all, I greatly appreciate it," she posted on social media.

Buss was killed in a car crash when he and Pawlikowski were returning home from a date in Syracuse. She would have died too if it weren't for Buss shielding her from the impact. Doctors say his bravery saved her life.

Glowacki is accused of running into their vehicle on Hiawatha Boulevard, near Destiny USA January 18th. He's facing several charges including vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault and driving while intoxicated. The trial has been set for October 19th.

Buss's friends have started a new campaign to try and put a stop to drunk driving accidents.
