I never realized it growing up, but I was spoiled with "fresh from the farm eggs and chicken."  My grandparents raised chickens and no one, including the Colonel, has ever touched Grandma's fried chicken. CCE Madison County is hosting Raising Chickens 101 from 7 to 9 p.m. at their offices , 100 Eaton Street Morrisville, NY. Registration will begin at 6:30. CCE educator Erin Hull from Onondaga will discuss the basics and more.
