George Strait’s Red Shirt Fridays
December 28, 2010 6:09 PM You hardly ever see George Strait in anything but a white shirt, but on Friday’s he’s wearing red. It began with his Christmas Eve show and will continue every Friday during his tour.
The holidays are a time to be with your family and friends and to be thankful and I can’t think of a better gift to the women and men serving our country than to show them how much we appreciate them and are thinking about them,” said Strait. “It’s a small gesture but together it does make a difference especially for those who can’t be here with us.
