Friendly’s in Sangertown Square to Close

Friendly's Restaurant in Sangertown Square is closing up shop.  They'll serve their last scoop of ice cream Sunday.  There has been no comment from anyone at Sangertown Square of the restaurant closing.

Last January the Friendly's in North Utica closed its doors as well.  The only Friendly's location remaining are in New Hartford on Burrstone Road, North James Street in Rome and Genessee Street in Oneida.
