Hollidaysburg, PA (WIBX) – Four people are dead in a shooting spree in rural Pennsylvania Friday.

CBS News identifies the alleged shooter as 26-year-old Jeffrey Lee Michael. Michael reportedly began shooting while driving in a vehicle in Blair County, targeting victims for unknown reasons, according to Reuters.

The Blair County Emergency Management Facebook page says the shooter was ‘neutralized’ by PA State Police and there is no longer a threat to residents.

The first victim was a woman who was decorating for a children’s Christmas party at the Juniata Valley Gospel Church, reports the Altoona Mirror. Fox News Radio is reporting the female victim was shot through a window of the church.

It took place in Frankstown Township, located about seventy miles from Harrisburg and about 100 miles east of Pittsburgh.

Meanwhile, after the first incident, is reporting Michael shot two men who were standing in a driveway.

Michael was later killed in a gun battle with state police, which resulted in the one of the officers being shot, although it is believed the injuries to the policeman are not life-threatening.

Reports indicate a total of three state police officials were injured in the incidents.
