Four Country Stars on Forbes List of Richest Musicians in the World
There is no doubt that Forbes Magazine is an expert when it comes to wealth, especially celebrity wealth. They recently released their list of the Top 30 Highest Paid Musicians and four Country Music stars made the list, one of which made the Top 10.
#28 - Luke Bryan ($34 Million)
It's very surprising that he's not listed higher in the rankings with all the stadiums he sells out, but 28th is still pretty impressive. Luke Bryan is no doubt one of the biggest names in Country today. He is the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year and much of his success came from his album "Crash My Party" and songs he co-wrote.
#24 - Jason Aldean ($37 Million)
Jason Aldean's first album was released in 2005 and every album since then, including the debut album, has gone platinum. Jason is another one of those artists that has no problem selling out whole stadiums and Aldean shares the #24 spot with Pop mega-star Jennifer Lopez.
#22 - Kenny Chesney ($44 Million)
Like the two artists before him on this list, much of Chesney's wealth stems from sold-out stadium shows, but he has also explored entrepreneurship. He has his own line of liquor called "Blue Chair Bay rum." He has had 22 number one hits and has sold over 30 million albums.
#10 - Toby Keith ($65 Million)
Where do you even start with Toby Keith? This guy has not only made a ton of money on his music, but he too has explored multiple business ventures including his deal to open a number of restaurant chains named for his hit "I Love This Bar." He also bought in early to the record label, Big Machine Records, which represents artists like Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw. He also has his own line of Mescal alcohol and a private jet with his image painted right on it. Toby is Success with a capitol $!
