Flooding and Storm Damage in CNY [VIDEO and PHOTOS]

The storms that ripped through Central New York left behind flooded roads, downed trees and power lines.  Many schools either closed or delayed this morning. A tornado even touched down in Frankfort early this morning, causing damage to a number of homes in the area.

Roads were flooded or closed all over Central New York this morning.  Peter Naughton captured raw video of some of the flooding.  Check it out.
