If you're a Biggest Loser fan on NBC, you'll remember the first female winner, Ali Vincent.  She lost 112 pounds in Season 5 to grab the title and she's managed to keep the weight off.  Ali now travels the country sharing  her story and secrets to losing weight, which she says is really no secret at all.  She continues to eat healthy, workout and she's written a book about everything she learned on the ranch.  The one thing I took from talking with her is to keep changing things up.  We all get bored and then we all give up.  If you're stuck in a rut, try something new, like Zumba or running a marathon. 

Ali is working on different workout mixes that will be available for download on iTunes next month.  And she's hoping to be on a new TV show where she can answer diet and workout questions.  Listen to her talk about it
