Firefighters Barely Save Construction Worker Stuck in Burning Building [WATCH]

Talk about 'in the nick of time.' A construction worker is trapped on a fourth floor balcony of a burning building. The flames gets so close, he even has to drop to a lower balcony, waiting for firefighters to arrive.  The construction worker is finally rescued as the wall of the building topples over.

The scary moment was caught on tape by workers in a building next door.

The fire at a Texas apartment building started on the roof by welders, according to NYDailyNews.com.
