When I got a bad report card my parents would ground me. Some other kids I knew would have TV privileges taken away. But one Miami, Florida dad is taking a unique approach to motivating his son after the boy received 3 "F"s on his report card. According to TV station WSVN Michael Bell Sr. is making his son, Michael Jr., stand at a busy intersection with a sign that points out the boys academic shortcomings.

Both parents share time with him providing food and water. Still, it seems pretty harsh.
