FAO Schwarz Reopening In New York City

The world's most famous toy story is re-opening in New York City. FAO Schwarz is opening back up just in time for the 2018 Christmas season.

FAO Schwarz, which suddenly shut its doors back in 2015, will re-open just in time for the holidays. According to News Channel 13, the new store is scheduled to open in November in Rockefeller Plaza. The store will have 20,000 square feet of fun for all ages.

The brand's flagship store on 5th Avenue was known for its life-sized stuffed animals, high-end toys and interactive displays for kids and adults. Many may remember the giant piano that was made famous in the movie, "Big.""
