Fans Clash With Police in Riot Gear at New Jersey Summer Jam Concert [PHOTOS + VIDEO]
An annual concert at MetLife Stadium turned ugly after large crowds clashed with police. Additional troops were sent in, wearing riot gear and using tear gas to control the crowd. Photos on social media show bottles being thrown at officers.

Dozens of people were arrested and the New Jersey State Police released a statement on their Facebook page.

The problem started after the Summer Jam hip-hop concert sold out and gates were closed, according to NorthJersey.com. Anyone who bought tickets and couldn't get into the event will be given a refund.
