Meet Lucas.  In May of 2012, he weight 300 pounds.  Last month he weighed 170.  The Reddit user surprised his family with his transformation. Their reaction was priceless.

How did Lucas do it? He says '95% of it was done through a 1350 calorie per day diet. I survived on tuna salad, chicken with salsa, frozen vegetables, beans and rice, turkey/roast beef sandwiches, spinach, and eggs.' After he lost 100 pounds, Lucas started walking to work (5 miles).

The first picture was taken in May of 2012, but Lucas says he 'didn't actually start losing weight until December 27 th of 2012.'

When you set your mind to something, there's nothing you can't accomplish. Way to go Lucas. May you be an inspiration to anyone struggling with their weight.
