F-15s Over Rome Today
February 8, 2012 1:20 PM You maybe seeing some aircraft activity today in the skies over Rome. Some F-15s will be conducting exercises in our local skies between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
According to our sister station WIBX:
“F-15 Fighters Jets will be flying high over Rome today. The Massachusetts Air National Guard will be conducting exercises in the airspace between Rome and Albany.
The training mission is being coordinated with the Civil Air Patrol, which will be flying low-speed civilian propeller aircraft to test its systems, responses, and equipment.”
