Utica Comedy Night's is returning to a new location at The Hotel Utica, September 16th at 7:30pm. You can get your tickets in advance at (315) 724-7829 .

UC Night's is the FIRST comedy show in the area to be sponsored by Utica Club! The show's creator Jenny Red is excited to incorporate a union between comedy and the local culture of Utica Club. "You can't spell Utica with out UC, so why spell Utica Comedy WITHOUT a UC draft? Admission is $6 in advance or $8 at the door, and includes a fabulous Utica Draft ticket. Come early to sit at The Hotel bar for happy hour starting at 5pm, for it was the first place to sell a Utica Club after the end of prohibition, The doors open at 7pm with Manny Rutledge the evenings DJ starting things off. Red head's will get in free since the show's host feel's it would be neat to see a bunch of the area's red heads in one place.

AJ Foster
Originally from The Bronx, AJ Foster began doing stand up while attending college in Utica, NY and quickly became one of Central New York's most loved up-and-coming comics. He was named Funniest Comic at the 2012 Finger Lakes Comedy Festival, champion of the 2014 Unforgettable Comedy Challenge and he is a regular at the Syracuse Funny Bone. He also performs at several clubs throughout NYC, has been featured at Gotham Comedy club and you may have seen him as a semi-finalist on MTV's Yo Momma.

AJ's comedic delivery has been described as a crossover dribble; he gets the audience leaning right with the setup and then before they know it he's crossing over left with a punch line that they didn't see coming at all. He has a unique way of taking his real life experiences and crafting them into unbelievable stories that will leave you crying with laughter. From growing up in the hood to now living in a predominately white suburban neighborhood, AJ finds humor in every situation and no topic is off limits.

Raise in the deep south of Columbus Georgia, Jenny Red never thought she would ever try stand up comedy and literally fell into it. In her three years of local effort, she has created The Last Laugh Comedy Show at the Uptown Theater, worked with Pretty Funny People at Piers and Blake with Ike and AJ, she's worked with the American Cancer Society to raise money , and performed several locations in the area including opening for two national acts. Her dark wit and observations of the human behavior patterns will have you in stitches. She hopes the new adventure of Utica Comedy Night's at Hotel Utica, will be a great escape from lifes daily trials and tribulations.
