RIP Paranormal presents "I-Gation" at Rutger Mansions on October 4th at 2PM. Tickets start at $10, and the event is a fundraiser for the historic Rutger Mansions of Utica.

The Historic Rutger Mansions in Utica, NY. This is a fundraising event for them and we will provide you with some entertainment and paranormal investigating. T...his is a bucket list place for you weekend warriors with a KII. You will not want to miss this one! A Lecture only ticket - $20. The Explorer which includes a tour, snacks, lecture and paranormal investigation of Mansion #3 from 9-11pm. The VIP is truly a very VIP Experience - $40. Tour, snacks, lecture, and paranormal investigation from 9-Midnight in Mansion #1. An extra hour alone with RIP. BUT at Midnight we will switch over to Mansion #1 and investigate from Midnight to 2am. Mansion #1 was formerly used as a nursing home and the beds remain as it was left. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON MANSION #1. We have previously inestigated Mansion #1 and got three of the greatest Class A EVP's we have ever gotten! We have yet to explore Mansion #3 so we will be doing it along with you for the first time.

6pm – 7pm – Meet and Greet with RIP and snacks being served
7pm – 8:30pm – Presentation by Landmarks Society and RIP, plus Q&A
9pm – 11pm – Paranormal Investigation of Mansion #3 with RIP

RIP VIP Package – this will include a tour of the mansions, snacks, presentation, and investigation of Mansion #3 from 9-11pm. 11pm-Midnight will only be open to the VIP’s for an additional hour of investigating. At midnight we will switch over to Mansion #1 for an exclusive Midnight-2am investigation. Only VIP’s will be allowed to investigate Mansion #1.
