In mid February 2014, Anthony Pagliaro of Schuyler, NY received the news that all families pray not to hear. He was diagnosed with stage 3 Colon Cancer that has spread into several lymph nodes.
Immediately after graduating from Proctor High School Tony decided to serve his community by working in Emergency Medical Services. Kunkel Ambulance has employed Tony for almost 15 years where he is a Paramedic and a Supervisor. He is a member of Schuyler Volunteer Fire Company and of Schuyler Ambulance Inc. where he volunteers in the roll of Director of Operation. Nicole, Tony’s wife is a stay at home Mom who babysits to help support her family. Anthony and Nicole have three young children Alexis, Antonio and Kylie.
Family, friends and loved ones will be holding a benefit on May 24, 2014 at the VFW Post on 240 Wood Lane in Schuyler, NY from 12 till 6pm. Today we are asking from your establishment too help make this a success, as the family is encountering mounting medical and household bills. A Chinese auction and a live auction will be featured at our benefit. Please help support this Mohawk Valley family's benefit by donating to us from your company gift certificates/cards, or a gift basket of your company product. In addition many food items, paper products, and other materials are needed. All donations big and small are greatly accepted, as we would be honored for you to help us out.
Along with a DJ,live bands, a dunk booth, bounce houses and dance performances, we will have food, soda and a cash bar. Our benefit tickets are $20.00 each for adults and children under 10 are free. Any monetary gifts should be donated via http://www.gofundme.com/76u4hg
