Northern Community Pop Warner will host its inaugural Color Run on September 30.
Slated events include a 10-kilometer race, a 6k race, and a 2k youth race. Craft vendors will also be on site for this event.
Registration fees are set at $10 for youths aged 10 and under, and $20 for all other runners. A minimum pledge amount of $15 - for the runner’s choice of organizations - is also required for participants to race.
Individual runners, as well as organizations such as teams, schools, and companies are encouraged to participate, and need not be associated with Pop Warner.
Pre-register for this event at the Northern Community Pop Warner field from 5:30-7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays until race day. Registration forms can also downloaded through Northern Community Pop Warner at www.ncknights.com.
Check-in will begin at 9am on Race Day at Holland Patent Village Park, with the first race scheduled to commence at 10am.
In addition to runners, race organizers are still searching for sponsors and vendors.
