This event is to raise awareness of birth choices and services in Central New York. Local agencies attending include: Mohawk Valley Breastfeeding Network; Mohawk Valley Perinatal Network; Care Net; Healthy Families of Oneida County (a divisions of Kids Oneida); and Mohawk Valley Doulas. There will also be special speakers, a children's clothing sale , local crafters, and family activities and demonstrations including the NYS Troopers doing car seat checks and adjustments.

The keynote speaker will be Esther Zorn; speaking on “Telling the Story”, her story of cesarean birth followed by a VBAC (vaginal birth after a cesarean) and the beginning the of Cesarean Prevention movement in Syracuse,NY which later became the International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN).

Other speakers include: Merideth Geers, CNM, MSN (Family Tree Midwifery); Mary Yoder, DO (Chiropractic Family Care); Susan Niedzielski, IBCLC, CDN.
