The Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare Foundation will hold its 31st annual Golf Open on Monday, June 17th at the Yahnundasis Golf Club in New Hartford. The cost to play is $300 per person and all proceeds will enhance FSLH’s Surgical Services by providing high-definition imaging in the Operating Room suites.
The $300 per person donation includes: 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner for the golfer and a guest, and a golfer gift.
There are two tee times. Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 6:30am with a shot-gun tee time of 7:15am. A lunch buffet will be available starting at 11:30am with a second shot-gun tee time of 12:45pm. Hospitality tents will be set up throughout the course along with on-course contests to win prizes.
Following play, a dinner and awards banquet will be held from 6:30pm to 9pm.
