Herkimer County Community College and the Herkimer ARC will present the musical group “Flame” on Thursday February 16th. The concert will be held at the HCCC Physical Education building from 11am to 1:30pm. Flame includes members with developmental and physical disabilities and through the power of music they are spreading their message that everyone is capable of achieving great things.
