‘Evel Dick’ Exits ‘Big Brother’ House
CBS announced today that Dick Donato, aka Evel Dick, has left the Big Brother 2011 house. According to Entertainment Weekly, here’s what CBS had to say: ”Due to a personal matter, Big Brother houseguest Dick Donato had to leave the game unexpectedly on Thursday, His departure will be addressed on the episode to be broadcast on Wednesday, July 13.”
Anyone who tuned into Big Brother 13: After Dark on Showtime late Thursday noticed that he was nowhere to be found. Bloggers began noting that he went into the Diary Room and never came out. His daughter Daniele, began asking where he was while the other players thought it was a joke.
Yours truly checked the live feeds (Yes I’m a nerd who currently subscribes to the feeds) and watched a video where the houseguests were pulling a prank on Adam using Dick. That’s why they thought it was a joke at first that they couldn’t find him.
CBS has informed us they will be addressing Dick leaving on Wednesday’s show, and not Sunday’s. How does this affect the game? We are unsure. Our friends at TMZ are reporting that Daniele was given a “golden key”, which guarantees she can not be eliminated in the next 4 weeks.
I hope everything is ok with Dick, and his family. I don’t think Big Brother wouldn’t allow him to not enter the house after his family matter is solved. I think Dick will bring back viewership, so I feel they will let him enter back in the house. I don’t see why not, but then again I’m not a producer of the show.
While watching the live feed for a few minutes, I was very interested in watching Cassi and Lawon. They were talking about trust, and not trusting someone. I plugged my better speakers into my laptop to take a better listen and the feed got shut off. I got a message that says the following: They are competing in some sort of challenge. It must be the Veto challenge, which was scheduled to go later this afternoon (keeping in mind it’s only 6:30 in Cali). This will be interesting to see on Sunday.
What are you thoughts on Dick leaving? Do you think it’s part of a plot?
