It's a story right out of "The Notebook". Floyd and Margaret Nordhagen of Chatteroy, Washington, had shared a love story together for 68 years when they were killed in car crash on Monday. What police found when they came across the accident scene was astonishing.

According to KHQ TV police found the two seated next to each other in the wreckage.

Floyd and Margaret were found holding hands in the car after the accident. Their son says he thinks his mom probably grabbed Floyd's hand when the accident happened. Both died at the scene of the crash.
