The kids at Galisao Hospital in Syracuse got a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny.

Children awoke to a special surprise Easter morning. 77 personalized basket sat next to every sleeping child "so they knew they were not forgotten by the Easter Bunny," says the organizer of Maureen's Hope Foundation who provided the baskets for the 10th year.

One special patient received an early deliver. Otto and a few Syracuse University athletes stopped by to visit with David, who is battling osteosarcoma. "The little things ...oh how they matter."
