Dos And Don’ts For FrogFest 2015

Have you heard whose coming to FrogFest 2015? Wild West FrogFest and Rodeo is back presented by White’s Farm Supply on June 13th at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds. Here's a couple Dos and Don'ts for the big day. 

Do 

1) Take a ton of photos and share them on your Facebook/Twitter/Instagram using the hashtag #FrogFest27. Anytime you use #FrogFest27 on Twitter, the photo or tweet will automatically be uploaded to out Twitter feed. ALSO use that #FrogFest27 for chance at some great Frog Freebies, and other surprises!

2) There is so much to do at this great event, you shouldn't limit yourself. Be sure to get there early and explore! We have a ton of great vendors with a lot to see and do, don't wait till showtime to get to FrogFest. We have the Rodeo earlier in the day, then great music in the afternoon. Show up and make a full day of it.

3) Bring sunblock. It's June, that big fire ball in the sky will be out. Do you want to go home with a FrogFest sunburn that'll last for a week or two? I'm guessing the answer is no! Bring some sunblock to avoid any burns or pain. Also, be sure to apply that sunburn several times throughout the day.

4) Bring cash and card. You'll need money for great gifts, great FrogFest gear, and of course food and drinks. Be sure to have some cash on hand, along with your card. also remember to bring your ID if you plan on drinking.

5) Have a Designated Driver. If you plan on drinking, have a DD. Don't drink and drive. There is no excuse what so ever for you to be drinking and driving EVER. Call a cab if needed, call a friend, make a plan! Make a plan so you know who will be the DD.

Don't

1) Don’t Get Too Drunk! We understand you want to have some fun, but don't over do that fun. The biggest thing is to make sure your not so drunk you forget these great performances. You spent money to be here, don't you want to remember it? Also, we want to avoid fights and getting thrown out, or worse, arrested.

2) No Outside Food or Drink! You can leave those coolers at home. You won’t have anything to worry about when it comes to food or drink, we have plenty of people to feed you and quench your thirst.

3) NO RE-ENTRY- Don’t forget anything in your car! Anything you need to bring into the fairgrounds with you make sure you bring it because there is NO RE-ENTRY. If it helps make yourself a checklist and check it twice. There is no re-entry under any circumstances. Make sure you have EVERYTHING you need.

4) Don’t forget to HAVE FUN! This day is for you the listener so enjoy! If you see any of the Big Frog staff during the day, come up to us! We want to take photos with you, and get to know you.
