Whether you're considering participating in dog shows or just want to improve the behavior of your dog, here's how to get experience.  Cornell Cooperative Extensions' 4-H Youth Development is offering a dog obedience class, April 28th.

The class is for beginner and advanced beginner dog obedience.  Classes are at 6 Thursday nights for 8 weeks from April 28 thru June 3.  Youth need to be between 9 and 19 years old and the dog must be at least 6 months old.  You'll also need a current copy of vaccinations including rabies.

The cost of the program is $20 for 4-H members and $35 for non 4-H members. You can get more details and register online or contact the 4-H staff at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County 736-3394 ext. 108.
