How would you like to get to Myrtle Beach as fast and cheap as possible? You're about to have that option.

Allegiant Air announced recently that they'll be offering direct service from Albany, NY to Myrtle Beach, SC for as low as $49 one-way beginning in June.

Starting June 5, 2019 Allegiant will offer the cheap one-way fights for a limited time as an introductory price.

Allegiant VP Drew Wells told CBS6 News in Albany that Allegiant is happy to expand in the Capital region.

“We’re excited to grow again in one of our newest cities, Albany,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “We’re sure Albany-area travelers will appreciate the opportunity to get away to beautiful Myrtle Beach on these convenient, nonstop, ultra-low-cost flights to enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer.”

The new route will have two flights per week to Myrtle Beach and back to Albany. you can get more information on prices and dates at Allegiant.com.
